PU foam, also known as polyurethane foam, is a type of polymer material. It is made by mixing foaming resin, foaming agent, and adhesive resin (to make the finished product adhesive) together, and then foaming it. This material has many excellent properties, such as high rebound, low density, and multifunctionality, and is therefore widely used in multiple fields.
PU foam has a soft texture, is sensitive to heat (can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees), and is easy to burn (can be added with flame retardants). It is a plastic product produced by the bonding reaction of polyurethane with TDI or MDI. According to the size of the inner bubble, it can reflect various densities and can be molded into various shapes as needed.

PU foam mainly includes polyester and polyether types, including air, water, and oil filtration sponges, absorbent sponges, non absorbent sponges, shock-absorbing and breathable, breathable and impermeable skinning sponges, anti-static sponges, ordinary sponge series, slow rebound sponge series, injection molding sponge series, and process sponge series.
